looking forward to meeting you and getting to know you better! Your first experience at Kai Lu Hair Studio will start by filling out a new guest consultation form. This will help me get to know a little bit more about your hair history, hair goals, and what services you are interested in. Once it is submitted, I will reach out to you within 48 hours to set up your first appointment through our online booking system.
On the day of your appointment we will discuss your short term and long term goals for your hair as well as map out all of the different possibilities we can achieve while keeping the integrity of your hair.
I love to get to know all of my clients on a personal level and more than just a stylist/client relationship. I can't wait to meet you and give you your dream hair!
Enjoy the complimentary Wi-Fi, beverages, and snacks as well as phone chargers for you to use while processing. After your color service I will style your hair and take some pictures of your hair for the GRAM (instagram) Don't worry ill help you with posing, and you will be a natural by the time we are done!

I understand that things come up and the need for flexibility in my clients schedule. I respect how valuable your time is and would request that you as the client, do the same. That being said, if you need to make any changes to your appointment, please do so within 48 hours of your appointment time. If you CANCEL or RESCHEDULE after 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50 % of your service . If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may have to ask you to reschedule and may not be able to accommodate you due to time constraints and be charged a reschedule/late fee.
I am not accommodating for NO SHOWS. If you forget or do not let me know that you can not make it to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service.
I DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. if there is any discrepancy with the service provided, we can discuss next steps and you can come back in but I do not refund for services given.
